From his productions, we can read that he knows materials very well and uses them carefully and proficiently. For example, by using different methods, sometimes, he makes the hard concretes could look light and soft, or give it a sense of directions, and sometimes, he just makes it lying on the ground heavily just like what it is. It makes me consider more about the materials I used in my work, 

 

Florian Roithmayr combines different elements together by making or casting. Sometimes the works could be occasionally varied during the exhibition, and this kind of interactive variety of changes is quite interesting for me. In many cases, solutions of his works could be understood as our compromise with the existing ideology in our environment, at the same time, they show his design of the environment in which he lived as well.
